SUPER SILAGE VARIETY
Our Company variety OSSK 644 silage corn seeds, which were distributed to ensure production in fallow and uncultivated agricultural lands with the support of Niğde Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, were planted in the field of Arif ARI-GÜMUS, one of the partners of Altunhisar Tarım Kreid Kooperatifi No. 177, affiliated with Konya Regional Union of Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri

In this model production area, planting was done on 15.07.2021 and harvest was carried out on 14.10.2021. Field harvest was attended by Altunhisar District Agricul-ture and Forestry Manager Osman BEZENG, Agricultural Engineer Esar CAN ALINCAK, Altunhisar Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri Manager Fatih KAPU, Niğde Tarım Kredi Kooperatifi Deputy Manager Selçuk Demir, Tareks Sales and Marketing Manager Tol-ga KARADENİZ, Tareks Regional Manager Veysel ÖZÇELİK, local people and Farmers participated.

By applying an effective fertilization program in accordance with soil analysis values, it is aimed to reveal the performance of the variety by applying the right fertilizers at the right time. In the region where the average silage in the surrounding area is 5-6 tons/da, approximately 30% more efficiency was achieved, resulting in a silage yield of 7,100 kg/da.
In addition to the high quality values of OSSK 644 hybrid corn seed in terms of nutri-tional values, its high yield per unit area is also impressive. In the light of this data, it becomes clear once again how important it is to choose the right seed and carry out an effective fertilization program.
