High-yielding Two-Row Hulled Barley Variety OSVIT, Suitable for Dry Planting, has been Registered for our Central Anatolia Region.
With our company's R&D activities in the barley type, another barley variety has been added to the registered LORD, GAZDA, OLIVER, MAXIM and BRAVO varieties, which are well known to many of our farmers. OSVİT Our two-row hulled barley variety was reg-istered on 05.04.2020 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry - Seed Registration and Certification Central Directorate, as a result of the evaluation of the two-year re-sults of the Central Anatolia Region Dry Barley registration trials.

Agricultural Features:
It is winter-bearing, two-row, bare grained, plant height is medium-long and earing time is early-medium. In the official agricultural values measurement attempts by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, it was 10% ahead of the standard variety yield average with an average yield of 507.7 kg/da. It is recommended for our Central Ana-tolia and Internal Passage Regions.

Quality values of our Bare Grain Variety: Hectolitre Weight 62.8-73.4 Kg/Hl, Thousand Grain Weight 28.9-39.6 grams, Protein Rate 12.4-16.9%, 2.5+2.8 mm Sieve Top % It Varies Between 7.7-69.4, Under Sieve 24.5-2.9%.
