OUR NOMADE, DURU 17 and OS JELENA BREAD WHEAT VARIETIES HAVE BEEN REGIS-TERED
With the investments and R&D studies made in wheat and barley seeds in recent years, our Company has brought high-yield and quality varieties to our country and our farmers. The last example of this is the GLOSA bread wheat variety, which is well known to many of our farmers. Our OS JELENA and DURU 17 bread wheat varieties, together with the NOMADE variety, which is currently licensed for production and has been planted with pleasure by our farmers for two years, were registered by the Seed Registration and Certification Center Directorate of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock on 06.04.2017. May it be good for our country and our farmers.
NOMADE Bread Wheat Variety
It is winter-bearing, awny, has short plant height, has very good tillering properties and late-to-very late earing time. In the attempts to measure agricultural values, it ranked first with an average yield of 734.6 kg/da and exceeded the yield average of standard varieties by 20.1%. Recommended for Thrace and Transition Regions.
Quality values; The red grain variety has a thousand grain weight of 28.3-35.4 g, hec-toliter weight of 73.7-78.9 kg/hl, protein rate of 12.1-14.4%, zeleny sedimentation of 36-70 ml, alveograph energy value of 113-244, water absorption of 54.5-57.2%, flour Its yield varies between 58.7-71.4%, wet gluten varies between 22.8-30.4%, and glu-ten index varies between 48-90%.
OS JELENA Bread Wheat Variety
It is winter-season, awnless, medium plant height and early-medium earing time. In attempts to measure agricultural values, it exceeded the standard variety yield aver-age by 5.7% with an average yield of 643.7 kg/da. It is recommended for Thrace and Transition Regions.
Quality values; The red grain variety has a thousand grain weight of 28.5-33.3 g, hec-toliter weight of 78.2-83.3 kg/hl, protein rate of 12.6-14.0%, zeleny sedimentation of 42-71 ml, alveograph energy value of 198-326, water absorption of 56.1-61.9%, flour Its yield varies between 64.4-72.1%, wet gluten varies between 22.9-30.3%, and glu-ten index varies between 48-81%.
DURU 17 Bread Wheat Variety
It is winter-season, awnless, has short-medium plant height and medium heading time, and in attempts to measure agricultural values, it has exceeded the standard variety yield average by 11.5% with an average yield of 679.1 kg/da. It is recom-mended for Thrace and Geçit Regions.
